SMART

Smart is the first model of Safe In line, it has been studied and designed to be the best in  safety field.

Smart is very resistant and flexible and it is possible to customize it; it has been conceived to protect the production areas according to Community Directives in working places.

SMART is a robust modular system with a long durability and resistance. It is however very easy to assemble, to clean and to maintain it.

Frames

Smart modular frame consists of iron contour, 1,5 mm thick (see picture).

This particular profile makes sure that the infill does not create protrusions outwards making the system totally smooth to the touch and therefore much more secure in its handling.

SMART is already equipped with the necessary holes and tear-proof inserts for the assembling.

It’s possible to customize the frames upon specific request of the customer.

Uprights

Each upright consists of post and anchorage base.

Post consists of a tube size 50x50x2 mm, and it is adjustable thanks to the sliding internal anchorage base.

Anchorage base consists of a tube size 45x45x3 H 200 mm, and it is welded to a plate 120x120x5 mm with 4 symmetrical holes for fastening.

It is possible to install SMART system from 150 mm up to 180 mm from the floor with a setting of 30 mm thanks to anchorage base that can adapt itself to uneven floors.

All the doors are supplied with locks according to the specific customer’s need.
All products of SAFE IN line are painted with thermosetting powder coating.
